Entrepreneurship Key West: Location is the biggest concern I have with starting a business. I have seen many businesses close and it was very obvious that the location was a large factor in the closure. It's like the phrase "Out of sight out of mind", if you do not see it you will forget about it. This applies to some of the best products/businesses.
